HOW DO I REDEEM MY TICKET?

All Tactical League event tickets are redeemed at check-in the day of the event. We will have your name(s) that you registered on a list at check-in. If we do not have you on a list, we will verfidy your purchase with a email receipt or PayPal transaction confirmation.


WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL A TICKET?

We offer 100% refunds up to one week prior to an event. We cannot offer refunds within 7 days of the event due to staffing, A.O., prizing and other logistics commitments. Within 7 days of an event, we will offer a future comped ticket to any attendees who could not attend. If you do not reach out prior to the event, or confirm you need a comp prior to the event taking place, you cannot receive a refund or comp.


WHAT IF I BOUGHT A PATCH OR OTHER ITEM?

If you bought a patch or other item along with an event ticket, we will bring the item for pick-up at check-in at the corresponding event. If you ordered a standalone product with no event ticket, we will ship the item directly to you. Please reach out if you have any specific shipping questions or fulfillment needs.
