HOW DO I REDEEM MY TICKET?
All Tactical League event tickets are redeemed at check-in the day of the event. We will have your name(s) that you registered on a list at check-in. If we do not have you on a list, we will verfidy your purchase with a email receipt or PayPal transaction confirmation.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL A TICKET?
ALL TICKETS SALES ARE FINAL. Players who cannot attend an event may transfer it to another player or use it as a voucher/credit for a future event. Any changes to your registration or ticketing status must be sent via email atleast 7 days prior to the ticketed event. The only exception for refunds is in the case of military deployment - in which we need to be notified at least 48 hours to the start of the event. Ticket transfers for future events must be similar value, or the ticket value will be applied as a credit to the new ticket price. WHAT IF I BOUGHT A PATCH OR OTHER ITEM?
If you bought a patch or other item along with an event ticket, we will bring the item for pick-up at check-in at the corresponding event. If you ordered a standalone product with no event ticket, we will ship the item directly to you. Please reach out if you have any specific shipping questions or fulfillment needs.
